Development Process

Planned the information architecture, designed the experience, built reusable Next.js components, optimized performance, and layered in immersive motion.

Problem

Youth programs needed one clear, welcoming home online — one that works natively in both Arabic and English without feeling translated.

Designed a bilingual design system and full page flows in Figma — typography, spacing, and components that mirror cleanly between LTR and RTL.

Design Process

Researched the audience, mapped flows, built wireframes, then a component library and high-fidelity prototype ready for development.

Problem

Spinning up infrastructure by hand is slow and error-prone — every environment drifts slightly, and small misconfigurations are hard to trace.

Solution

Defined the AWS environment as code with Terraform, used Ansible for consistent configuration, and wired the MERN app to MongoDB Atlas with S3 for storage.

Process

Mapped the AWS resources, wrote and tested Terraform modules in isolated stages, layered Ansible for configuration, then validated the full deploy end-to-end.

Distributed solar installations are hard to monitor at a glance — operators need one view of output, location, and weather to catch issues early.

Solution

Built a dashboard on the Cumulocity IoT platform that ingests simulated weather and location data and turns it into a live, readable view of solar performance.

Process

Researched smart-city energy needs, sketched the dashboard layout, then built the IoT integration and data visualization with bootcamp mentors.

Designed and built a Flutter app with a Firebase backend that lets patients browse clinics, see real availability, and book in a few taps.
